Assembly Guides
Use the Box4U exploded 3D view and Play animation as your visual assembly guide before cutting, dry-fitting, and finishing laser-cut box files.
Use the exploded 3D preview as your assembly guide
Many editable Box4U products include an Exploded mode inside the 3D editor. When you switch to Exploded, the box parts separate so you can see the order, direction, and orientation of each panel. Press Play to watch the pieces move back into place as an assembly animation.
Follow that same visual order when you dry-fit the real laser-cut parts. This makes assembly much easier, especially for layered boxes, lids, drawers, dividers, and shaped designs.
Check whether the product is editable or static, then review listed formats, material thickness notes, and size information.
For editable 3D products, open the editor, switch to Exploded, and use Play to understand the assembly path before sending the file to the laser.
Small test cuts help tune kerf, press-fit, power, speed, and material behavior before cutting the full design.
Assemble the real parts without glue first, following the same order shown by the Play animation. Confirm orientation and fit before final assembly.
After the dry fit works, add glue only where needed, clean excess glue, then sand, paint, stain, or finish the box as your workflow requires.
