Guidelines for using Box4U

1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. This website is owned and operated by Box4U. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide custom size cut files of different wooden gift boxes. Users can select the box type, customize its dimensions, and download the DXF format of the cut file after payment. The files are intended for use with non-metal laser cutting machines to cut wood or MDF and create the custom box.

3. Payment

We accept payments through PayPal and various cryptocurrencies. All files are available for download upon successful payment. The user can pay with PayPal, Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin, US Tether, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tron, etc.

4. Right to Reject

Box4U reserves the right to reject any user who provides incorrect information during the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect payment information, incorrect personal details, and the uploading of unrelated images to our gallery page. Users found violating this clause may have their access to our services terminated.

5. Use of Files

Purchased cut files are for personal use only. Reselling of files is strictly prohibited. Users can create physical boxes and sell the physical items. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

6. User Generated Content

Users who subscribe to our Gold plan can upload their sample box images to our gallery page. By uploading images, users grant us the right to use and display these images on our website. Users who upload unrelated images or provide incorrect information may have their images removed and may be rejected by the admin.

7. Disputes

If there are any problems with our files, we will refine them and send the refined version to the customer’s registered email.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted.
